The whistle goes at the Etihad after a really good first half between the sides. City shading things and deservedly ahead but Newcastle have been dangerous as Hall's leveller proved.


We're into five minutes' added time at the Etihad. Will there be another goal before the break?

West Ham come forward again and Bowen's cross is inches away from the poaching Wilson as Petrovic tips it away from the Hammers' attacker.


The chances are really flowing now and Summerville's shot is deflected and loops on to the roof of the net.

West Ham get a cross into the substitute Callum Wilson and the striker's flicked header at the near post is parried away by Petrovic. Big save

Bournemouth have re-gained momentum and David Brooks' shot from the edge of the area is deflected wide.

The Cherries break with intent for the first time in the second half and Rayan dribbles 50 yards towards goal and his shot clips the post.

Bournemouth don't clear their lines after another West Ham corner. The ball falls to Fernandes who drags his shot wide.


West Ham look the more likely to make things happen, but Bournemouth are doing a good job at dealing with any dangerous crosses into the box.

Summerville has been at the heart of West Ham's attack once again as he goes on a mazy run and shoots just over the crossbar.

After a scrappy period in the middle of the park, Bournemouth decide to go direct and Alex Scott tests Hermansen.

Ezri Konsa knocks down from a corner and Tammy Abraham is well-placed to poke in from a few yards out.


Leeds almost get a second to kill of the game against Villa as Joe Rondon gets up highest but headers wide.

Villa have really gone for it in the last few minutes and Emi Buendia shoots against the post. Watkins is a few yards out to finish on the follow up, but he's well offside.

The Villans come to life and Tyrone Mings pounces on a loose ball and strikes towards goal. Stach is well-placed to make a vital block.


Villa are turning up the pressure against Leeds and Ollie Watkins has a pop from distance and it goes wide.


Chelsea have another penalty appeal as Pedro Neto goes down inside the area. VAR has a quick look and decides no penalty for that one.


CHANCE BRIGHTON

Pascal Gross is left unmarked to volley towards Brentford's goal inside the penalty area. Kelleher gratefully holds that one.


Ooooh, almost a blunder from Kelleher, who controls near the halfline and almost loses the ball to the onrushing Brighton attack.


Nice touch from the record setter.

The intensity hasn't dropped between Brentford and Brighton in the second half. Igor Thiago goes close with a glancing header that bounces wide.


VAR CHECK - POSSIBLE PENALTY

Jor Worrall clips Cole Palmer and VAR check for a potential penalty, but it seems the defender got enough of the ball. No penalty there.

Danny Welbeck doubles Brighton's lead just before the break. The veteran strike gets in behind Nathan Collins and finishes neatly from


Villa seek a response to Stach's free-kick and Joe Rondon makes a well-timed tackle as Ollie Watkins was about to drive though on goal.


Brentford look for a response against Brighton before half time and Janelt fires over the bar once again.

What a wonderful free-kick from Anton Stach! The midfielder eyes up the shot from a fairly tight angle near the edge of the area and beats Emiliano Martinez with a whipped effort. Great strike!


GOOOAL BRIGHTON

Eventually, the opening goal arrives and Diego Gomez strikes. Ferdi Kadioglu thumps a long-range strike against the Brentford crossbar and Gomez follows in and finishes from close-range.

How is the game still level? Vitaly Janelt is next to have a pop and sends his fierce effort narrowly over the crossbar.
