Chelsea have announced that Moisés Caicedo has put pen to paper on a long-term extension at the club.

The midfielder became one of the most expensive signings in Premier League history when he arrived from Brighton in the summer of 2023.

He has impressed so much since his arrival that he has now been rewarded with a new contract which expires at the end of the 2032/33 campaign.

"I am so happy to have extended my contract at Chelsea," Caicedo said. "I believe in this team, this club and I know we’re going in the right direction. We’ve only just begun together."

Caicedo has made 140 appearances for the Blues and helped them to success at both the Club World Cup and in the Conference League.
