The leading goal scorers after the first round of the CAF Champions League

Two forwards truly stood out during the opening round of the CAF Champions League : Nze Bagnama Samaké (Stade Abidjan) and Oussama Lamlioui (RS Berkane).

Samaké was the driving force behind Stade Abidjan's qualification against the Seychellois side Côte d'Or FC. After scoring in the away win (0-2), the Gabonese striker struck twice in the return leg (3-1).

RS Berkane knocked out Kara (1-1, 3-1) thanks to three goals from Oussama Lamlioui. He found the net in Togo before bagging a brace in Morocco.
