Five goalkeepers stood out during the group stage of the Africa Cup of Nations – CAN 2025, each securing two clean sheets.

Luca Zidane starred for Algeria, not conceding a single goal in his two appearances against Sudan and Burkina Faso. Edouard Mendy let in one goal against DR Congo, but kept two clean sheets versus Benin and Botswana. That allowed him to surpass Tony Silva's record with a total of eight clean sheets during his tournament appearances.

Yannick Pandor, Lionel M’Pasi, and Yassine Bono also made their mark between the posts for Comoros, DR Congo, and Morocco respectively.
