Mohamed Salah (Egypt)

The captain of the Pharaohs will be looking to rise from the ashes in this new edition of the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN 2025).

Ronwen Williams (South Africa)

The last line of defense for Mamelodi Sundowns is undoubtedly the leader of a South African squad determined to claim a second CAN title after their 1996 triumph.

The Port Elizabeth native has earned 56 caps for Bafana Bafana, conceding 53 goals and keeping 24 clean sheets.

Gelson (Angola)

The striker from Qatari club Al-Wakrah SC will be the main attacking weapon for the Palancas Negras in CAN 2025.

At 29 years old, he has featured in 43 matches for Angola, scoring 16 goals and delivering 4 assists.

Tawanda Chirewa (Zimbabwe)

The Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder is the driving force behind a Zimbabwean side eager to spring a surprise in group B.
