CBF and the Municipality of Santos, through the Museu Pelé, have signed an institutional cooperation deal to bolster Brazilian football heritage and Pelé's legacy.
According to Diario Do Peixe, the agreement sets out joint technical, cultural and institutional actions, and the museum could receive items from the CBF collection. The CBF will also promote the museum across its channels in line with its editorial schedule, extending Pelé's story to audiences in Brazil and abroad.
The partnership strengthens ties between the museum, guardian of Pelé's memory, and the federation, reaffirming Santos as a national reference for football culture.
Under the deal, the CBF may use the museum's facilities for institutional events such as meetings, interviews, lectures and campaign launches. It can also stage themed football exhibitions and provide institutional materials for display on site.
Santos will make the space available for these initiatives, show content provided by the CBF, and distribute the federation's materials at the city's tourist information points.
The agreement also opens joint production of educational, audiovisual and multimedia content on the Seleção Brasileira and Pelé's legacy, and an exchange of images, archives and historical documents. A joint committee of CBF and the city's tourism secretariat will monitor the actions.
