CBF confirms Fortaleza v Palmeiras second leg moved to Arena Pantanal | OneFootball

The CBF confirmed on Wednesday that Fortaleza have sold home advantage for their Copa do Brasil last 16 tie with Palmeiras, moving the second leg to Arena Pantanal in Cuiab\u00e1, Mato Grosso.

Palmeiras will host the first leg at Nubank Parque on Sunday two August, 16:00 Bras\u00edlia time.

The return is scheduled for Wednesday five August, 21:30 Bras\u00edlia time.

This is Palmeiras' 31st participation in the competition. Champions in 1998, 2012, 2015 and 2020, they sit fourth on the all-time list alongside Corinthians, behind Gr\u00eamio and Flamengo on five each, and Cruzeiro on six. Among other S\u00e3o Paulo clubs, Santos, S\u00e3o Paulo, Santo Andr\u00e9 and Paulista de Jundia\u00ed have one apiece.

They were runners-up in 1996 and have reached the semi-finals four times, the quarter-finals nine times, the last 16 nine times, the round of 32 twice and the round of 64 once.
