CBF reschedules Bahia v Sereias Brasileirão Feminino tie for 21 March | OneFootball

The CBF has rescheduled Bahia v Sereias at Pituaçu, a fourth-round Brasileiro Feminino A-1 tie, from Friday 20 March, 19:00 to Saturday 21 March, 16:00.

According to Diario Do Peixe, the switch was requested by Bahia and the broadcast rights holder. The match will be shown on NSports.

Caio Couto's team are sixth with four points, from one win and one draw, scoring three and conceding two. They beat Grêmio 2-1 at Vila Belmiro and drew 1-1 with Cruzeiro at Arena Jacaré.

They have a week of training before facing Mixto-MT on Saturday 14 March, then travel to Salvador to meet Bahia.

The competition features 18 clubs in a single round, after 17 rounds the top eight advance to the quarter-finals and the bottom two are relegated. It marks the return of Santos' women's side to the elite, after winning the Brasileiro Feminino A-2 last year to secure promotion.
