After a solid 1-0 opening match victory against Dundee FC, Celtic made a positive start in their Scottish Premiership clash at Kilmarnock.

The Hoops took just two minutes to open the scoring at Rugby Park and it was a summer signing who applied the finishing touch.

Kasper Høgh, who joined Martin O'Neill's side for £11 million this summer, was well placed to head in from Arne Engels' floated cross.

The former Bodø/Glimt striker's afternoon got even better when he curled in a second and headed in another before half time to complete his hat-trick.
