Celtic Soccer Academy partners with Karachi Grammar School | OneFootball

Celtic Soccer Academy is delighted to announce a new partnership with Karachi Grammar School, marking its first International Partner in Pakistan and an exciting step in the Academy's continued global growth.

International Soccer Academy Manager, Michael McCahill, said: "We are delighted to welcome Karachi Grammar School as a Celtic Soccer Academy International Partner.

“From our very first conversations, it was clear that both organisations share the same values of community, hard work, respect and developing young people through football.

“We look forward to working closely with KGS to support the continued growth of its football programme, helping players and coaches reach their full potential while building a strong and lasting partnership between Karachi and Glasgow."

Karachi Grammar School Principal, Dr Carl P Lander added: “KGS has long had a strong working relationship with Karachi United that has seen the boys’ and girls’ teams at KGS dominate local and national competitions for the last six years. 

“We are now delighted to work with Celtic to take our football to the next level as a Celtic Soccer Academy International Partner

“KGS is 179 years old and like Celtic, we were formed by the church.  The ethos, philosophy and importance placed on family, hard work, loyalty and community are also shared by school and club alike. 

“We look forward to working with Celtic and building strong links that will last long into the future.
