Champions League: Liverpool unveils its squad with Salah

Liverpool has released its official 22-man squad for the 2025-2026 Champions League league phase, with Mohamed Salah included.

Arne Slot's men will kick off their campaign on September 17 at Anfield against Atlético Madrid, before taking on Galatasaray, Eintracht Frankfurt, Real Madrid, and PSV Eindhoven in succession. In December, the Reds will travel to Milan to face Inter, then wrap up the group stage in January against Marseille and Qarabag.

Among the selected players are Alisson, Salah, Van Dijk, Wirtz, Isak, and Szoboszlai. The list also highlights the notable inclusion of young Ngumoha River, while Federico Chiesa has been left out for this phase.

With a squad blending experience and youth, Liverpool is aiming to shine once again in Europe in what will be the last edition under the current Champions League format.
