Last night marked the end of the season at Stamford Bridge, with the final league game of the season played out there.

They are fighting to even scrounge a European spot now in the last game, with a place in the Conference League of the Europa League relatively possible depending on results in the last game. But that will not be enough for anyone related to Chelsea, and nor should it be.

Simon Johnson of The Athletic posted a video on X of the players walking around the pitch clapping the fans at the end of the game, but as he scans his camera around the stadium, you can see their was very little Chelsea fans to clap to!
Johnson said:
“A lot of Chelsea fans did not hang around for the annual lap of appreciation after the final home game, even though it took place soon after the final whistle.”
With Chelsea winning the game against Tottenham 2-1 last night, it was actually Enzo Fernandez who slammed a great goal to put The Blues ahead, striking one from range into the back of the Spurs net.
Then it was midfielder Andrey Santos who bundled in the important second goal, with Fernandez grabbing the assist for it.
