Said Remadnia is one of France’s brightest young talents, and Chelsea have their eyes on him already.

Chelsea’s project rolls on, despite the struggles on the pitch. That means more teenage transfers, and the Sun have an exclusive report on a target in France we’ve apparently picked up on.

Said Remadnia is in the Marseille academy, and has been superb in the UEFA Youth League this season, where Chelsea scouts were watching closely. A speedy dribbler with an eye for goal, it’s easy to see why he’s stood out at youth level.

“Sources close to the player claim the Blues have tabled a five‑year proposal that would kick in when he turns 18 in March 2027, the earliest he can legally leave France,” the piece reads.

Chelsea already mapping out Remadnia career path

Apparently the plan would be to “start with the reserves” before being eased towards first team football. Given the “reserves” don’t exist, we’re not sure how that would work. Remadnia is surely a prime candidate to spend a year or two on loan at Strasbourg.

In any case, it won’t be easy to sign the youngster, who might be persuaded that his best career decision is to stay with Marseille on the grounds that first team opportunities will come around there sooner.

In other news…

Sources are saying Liam Rosenior won’t be sacked unless there’s an “almighty collapse”, and given how disconnected the players look right now, we couldn’t rule that out.

Gus Poyet has also been speaking about Rosenior’s future, and he has less confidence than these sources.
