Chivas Femenil secured its unbeaten home record in the Clausura 2026 after a 1-1 draw against Toluca at the Estadio AKRON. The Rebaño Sagrado reached 34 points and locked in fifth place, now waiting to learn its Quarterfinal rival.
The first half was a complete siege by Guadalajara, which repeatedly threatened Toluca’s goal in search of the opener, only to be denied by an outstanding performance from the opposing goalkeeper.
With momentum on their side, a set piece paid off for the team coached by Antonio Contreras to take the lead; however, a defensive lapse allowed the equalizer. That didn’t dampen the Rojiblancas’ spirit, as they pushed forward in search of all three points, but once again were stopped by the goalkeeper’s interventions.
Now, Chivas Femenil must wait for the result between Rayadas and Tigres to determine its Quarterfinal opponent, which will be either the Universitarias or Pachuca. The series will open at home and close away.
