Wesley’s market value has doubled roughly six months after his move from Flamengo to Roma, reflecting the Brazil right-back’s impressive form.
According to CIES, he is now valued at 58 million euros, which currently makes him the most valuable player in Roma’s squad.
Flamengo sold Wesley to the Italian club in July 2025 for 25 million euros, meaning his current valuation is more than double the fee.
He has become a key figure for head coach Gian Piero Gasperini this season, featuring in 36 matches with four goals and one assist.
Alongside his progress in Rome, the former Flamengo defender has become a regular in Brazil squads. He is seen as almost certain to make the World Cup squad, with the final announcement due on 18 May.
Flamengo, Wesley’s former club, face Vasco on Sunday 03 at 16:00 Brasília time at the Maracanã in the Brasileirão.
