City council gives green light to Atitlan for Nou Mestalla tertiary project | OneFootball

The city council has approved Atitlan’s plan for the Nou Mestalla tertiary zone, clearing the way for construction, according to Superdeporte.

The company can begin works on the commercial development it acquired from Valencia CF.

The scheme includes two towers for hotel use, plus offices and retail space.

The approval unlocks an Atitlan real estate project with 40,000 square metres of buildable area.

It sits alongside the planned Nou Mestalla stadium.
