City’s Under-18s will travel to West Bromwich Albion for our FA Youth Cup quarter-final tie.

Oliver Reiss’s side confirmed our place in the final eight on Tuesday evening after a 6-1 win at Leeds United.

The LNER Stadium played host to a repeat of last season’s final which saw City lift the trophy in front of 20,000 fans at the Etihad Stadium in May 2024.

And Oliver Reiss's side served up a superb all-round display to maintain our grip on the famous trophy.

After taking an early lead through Matty Warhurst, the City youngsters never looked back.

Reigan Heskey then fired us further ahead from a free-kick after Leeds had been reduced to 10 men with William Firth sent off for a second bookable offence.

Warhurst struck for his second and City's third before Leeds reduced the deficit on the brink of half time.

City were in irresistible mood though and further goals arrived after the break from Ryan McAidoo, Finlay Gorman and substitute Luca Fletcher to seal a superb win.

Now our fight to retain the prestigious trophy for the first time in the Club’s history continues with a trip to the West Midlands.
