Como 1907 ‘in talks’ for Dortmund full-back Yan Couto | OneFootball

According to BuLi News, Como 1907 are negotiating a deal to sign Borussia Dortmund full-back Yan Couto.

The Serie A club have qualified for next season's Champions League, offering the Brazilian the chance to stay in the competition, as he did with BVB.

Couto appeared set to be central to Niko Kovač's plans at the start of the 2025-26 campaign, making five starts.

He then featured for only 131 minutes across Dortmund's last 10 Bundesliga matches of the season.

It is unclear whether Cesc Fàbregas' side will commit the funds required to land the defender.

Dortmund originally paid Manchester City a total of €25 million for Couto after a strong loan at Girona, yet he has not fully established himself and often ceded the role to Julian Ryerson.
