Confirmed: Roma will make Malen’s deal permanent for €25 million | OneFootball

It’s now confirmed: Roma will make Donyell Malen’s transfer permanent.

The Dutch striker joined the Giallorossi on loan in January and has since then scored 14 goals in 18 games in all competitions.

As reported by Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, with Inter winning tonight’s Coppa Italia final, Roma are mathematically qualified to (at least) the Europa League next season, which has in turn activated the obligation in Malen’s contract.

As a result, the Giallorossi will now pay the agreed sum of €25 million to Aston Villa, thus making Malen a new Roma player for good.
