CONMEBOL brings forward River’s Sudamericana opener against Blooming | OneFootball

River, coached by Eduardo Coudet, will start their Copa Sudamericana 2026 campaign away to Blooming on Wednesday 8 April at 21:30 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, after CONMEBOL moved their opener forward by a day.

According to SuperDepor.com, the fixture had originally been scheduled for Thursday 9. River share Group H with Carabobo of Venezuela and Red Bull Bragantino of Brazil.

River then host Carabobo at the Monumental on Wednesday 15 April at 21:30.

They travel to Red Bull Bragantino on Thursday 30 April at 21:30, then visit Carabobo in Venezuela on Thursday 7 May at 22:30.

Their final home match is against Red Bull Bragantino on Wednesday 20 May at 21:30, before they close the group against Blooming at the Monumental on Wednesday 27 May at 21:30.
