Corberán handed mixed news as Valencia host Osasuna | OneFootball

Valencia trained on Saturday at Paterna ahead of Sunday’s high-stakes meeting with Osasuna at Mestalla, and Carlos Corberán has mixed news, according to Superdeporte.

Lucas Beltrán has not recovered in time from the issue that kept him out against Levante, and he skipped the final session. Despite his efforts, he is ruled out.

The positive is Diego López. Wearing a protective knee bandage all week, he completed training and will be in the squad.

Latest signing Renzo Sarabia remains on a tailored fitness plan and is not yet at 100 per cent. Corberán will make the final call on whether he is at least included.

Julen Agirrezabala is fit again but needs at least one more week to build rhythm. Stole Dimitrievski will start in goal against Osasuna. The goalkeeping question is deferred until the Alavés match.
