Corinthians add two new providers in 2026 as Zakaria Labyad climbs to fourth | OneFootball

Corinthians beat Remo 3-0 on Thursday at Neo Química Arena in the 19th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro. André Luiz, Breno Bidon and Zakaria Labyad were all providers as the win reshaped the team’s 2026 assist numbers.

According to Meu Timao, Labyad’s latest contribution lifts him into the squad’s top four for the season.

The opener came on 26 minutes when André Luiz drove through midfield and threaded a pass for Yuri Alberto to make it 1-0, the midfielder’s first assist of 2026.

On 39 minutes, Labyad crossed from the left and Bidon glanced a header across goal for Kaio César to tap in, registering Bidon’s first assist of the campaign.

In first-half stoppage time at 46 minutes, a Matheuzinho cross and Matheus Bidu’s flick found Labyad, who teed up Yuri Alberto to sweep in the third, his second assist of 2026.

Rodrigo Garro remains Corinthians’ leading creator on 11, having missed the Remo match through suspension. He is followed by Yuri Alberto on four and Matheuzinho on three. Kaio César, Pedro Raul, Gustavo Henrique, Matheus Bidu and Zakaria Labyad have two each, while Dieguinho, André Carrillo, Jesse Lingard, André Luiz, Breno Bidon, Vitinho, Ryan and Memphis Depay are on one.

Corinthians visit Bahia on Sunday 26 at 16:00 at Arena Fonte Nova, the first round of the second half of the league season. A win could narrow the gap to the 2027 Libertadores qualification places.
