Corinthians adjust Minha Cadeira access for Majestoso after Oeste Inferior closure | OneFootball

Corinthians said on Sunday that arrangements for Minha Cadeira members at the Majestoso against São Paulo on 10 at 18:30 at Neo Química Arena have been adjusted. The change follows the closure of the setor Oeste Inferior for this match in the 15th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.

As a result, Minha Cadeira members will be relocated to the setores Leste Superior Corner, Leste Superior Lateral, Leste Superior Central and Leste Inferior Lateral. Reservations will be made within the usual purchase flow at no extra cost. There will be an exclusive early window for this group, opening two days before other sales phases.

Parking E2 will not be available to plan members for this game. Options are E4 on the lado Leste, recommended for convenience and proximity, E5 on the lado Oeste with access to the Leste, and E3, covered, with access to the setor Leste via the staircase near the setor Sul.

The Oeste Inferior closure stems from a punishment by the Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva, after a case of racial abuse involving a Corinthians supporter against Palmeiras goalkeeper Carlos Miguel. The body initially imposed loss of home advantage, but after an appeal the Tribunal Pleno reduced the penalty to the one-match interdiction of that sector, from where the insults originated. Corinthians were also fined R$ 80,000.

The setor Oeste Inferior at Neo Química Arena holds 8,440 supporters. As a result, attendance for the Majestoso will be reduced to around 40,000.
