Corinthians begin facial recognition enrolment for members at Parque São Jorge | OneFootball

Corinthians have begun enrolling members at Parque São Jorge for a new facial recognition system covering all associates and dependents.

According to Meu Timao, the technology will not yet be in use at the General Assembly on 20 June, which will debate changes to the club’s Statute reform.

The process has two stages. First, members must log in to the members’ portal, update their details and complete facial capture, with dependents following the same validation.

On their first visit after capture, members must go to the membership office to authenticate the process, presenting official photo ID. This applies to both the primary holder and dependents.

Turnstiles have been installed at the social headquarters since January, supplied by Ligatech under the latest contract addendum when it assumed facial operations at Neo Química Arena.

The rollout is designed with the presidential election at the end of 2026 in mind, and the system will be in force to choose the president for 2027-2029.

In October, club president Osmar Stabile created the Recadastramento Committee to update records for associados remidos, associados patrimoniais and atletas militantes. Its members were Edilson Azenha, Fabiana Elena da Silva, Marcelo Munhoes, Marcius Ayres and Reginaldo Prado do Nascimento.
