Corinthians have extended Matheus Donelli’s loan at Shabab Al Ahli until 31 December 2026. According to Globo.com, the United Arab Emirates club will pay 100% of the goalkeeper’s wages.

The process took longer than usual because players in the United Arab Emirates must secure a local passport and meet the country’s documentation requirements before registration and work clearance.

Donelli remains under contract with Corinthians until 20 June 2028.

Despite the renewal, he has yet to make an official appearance for Shabab Al Ahli.

He has played 28 times for Corinthians. Last season, during brief absences for Hugo Souza, he featured in 11 matches and conceded 14 goals, then lost his place to Kauê and Felipe Longo and was made available for transfer.
