Corinthians extend season’s longest futsal unbeaten run after 5-1 rout of Impacto | OneFootball

Corinthians stretched their season’s longest unbeaten run to five matches with a 5-1 win over Impacto at Ginásio Wlamir Marques on Thursday night in the ninth round of the Campeonato Paulista de Futsal.

The sequence began on 10 July with a 3-1 victory against Minas in the LNF at Parque São Jorge, followed by a 2-2 draw with São José, a 6-5 win over AABB and a 1-1 draw with Marreco, before this latest result.

The last time Corinthians produced a longer unbeaten streak was between September and November 2025, when they went eight games without defeat, registering seven wins and one draw across the Paulista and the LNF, finishing runners-up in both competitions.

The triumph takes Corinthians to 25 points from nine rounds and keeps them top of the Paulista standings.

They lead Liga Sancaetanense, who have a game in hand, while Magnus and Ferroviária Pinda also have 25 points but from 10 matches.

Corinthians now turn to the LNF, hosting Pato at 19:00 on eight August at Ginásio Wlamir Marques in the final round of the first phase.
