A Corinthians supporters' collective has filed a request to remove a member of the club council who is the brother of president Duilio Monteiro Alves.

According to Meu Timao, the move follows dissatisfaction with the current leadership and a push for greater transparency in club decision-making.

Fans argue that the brother’s presence creates conflicts of interest, and say removal is needed to protect the integrity of decisions made in the interests of Corinthians.

The request was formalised at a meeting attended by several representatives of organised supporter groups.

The collective is also seeking changes to how council meetings are conducted, calling for more supporter participation and clearer information about the club’s finances.
