Corinthians ended round three outside the Brasileirão Feminino top eight, a rarity in recent years, sitting ninth on four points after defeat to Palmeiras.

According to Meu Timao, the round concluded on Monday after Bahia beat Vitória.

Emily Lima's side have one win, one draw and one defeat.

They share the same tally as eighth-placed Internacional, with Red Bull Bragantino also level in 10th and tied on all criteria. Ferroviária and São Paulo are two points ahead.

Palmeiras lead the table on nine points from three matches, with Cruzeiro, Santos, Flamengo and Fluminense next in the chasing pack.

Behind Corinthians sit Botafogo and Juventude, also on four points, while Bahia, Vitória, Atlético Mineiro and Mixto are closer to the bottom two. Grêmio and América Mineiro occupy the relegation places, both yet to register a point.
