Corinthians move Santos clássico to Canindé in Brasileirão Feminino | OneFootball

Corinthians have moved their Brasileirão Feminino clássico with Santos to Canindé, with the 15th-round fixture set for Sunday 9 August at 16:00.

According to Meu Timao, the switch was requested by the club, with the match initially scheduled for Fazendinha in Parque São Jorge.

The change follows pitch maintenance at Fazendinha, so recent home dates have been shifted, including the 4-0 win over Vitória at Canindé.

The Brabas boast a strong record at the home of Portuguesa, with 20 matches yielding 18 wins, one draw and one defeat, 62 scored and only seven conceded.

Before facing Santos, Corinthians visit Flamengo at the Estádio Luso-Brasileiro on Monday 3 August at 18:30 in the 14th round.

Top of the Brasileiro Feminino on 31 points, Corinthians can clinch an early quarter-final berth by beating Flamengo, which would confirm qualification with three rounds remaining.
