Corinthians will be without André Luiz and Matheuzinho against Vitória after both were sent off in Sunday's 0-0 derby draw with Palmeiras in the Brasileirão. The right-back also faces an additional suspension.
According to Meu Timao, André Luiz was dismissed on 35 minutes of the first half after a VAR review by referee Flavio Rodrigues de Souza for an obscene gesture towards Palmeiras players.
It mirrored Allan's dismissal against Fluminense in round nine for inappropriate conduct.
At 23 minutes of the second half, Matheuzinho tangled with Flaco López on the right flank and attempted to strike the forward's face. Initially shown a second yellow, the decision was upgraded to a straight red for violent conduct at Neo Química Arena.
He had come into the game one booking from a ban and was cautioned in the first half for holding Khellven. Owing to his accumulated yellows and the straight red, he will miss Vitória and Vasco da Gama in round 13.
With deputy Pedro Milans sidelined by a left ankle sprain, 19-year-old João Vitor Jacaré is the only available right-back.
The result extended Corinthians' winless league run to eight matches and left them 16th on 11 points, one ahead of Cruzeiro, who occupy the first relegation place.
Corinthians return on Wednesday 15 at 21:30 in Itaquera, hosting Colombia's Independiente Santa Fe in the second round of the Libertadores group stage after opening with a 2-0 win over Argentina's Platense.
