Corinthians seek to maintain strong away-shirt debut record v São Paulo | OneFootball

Corinthians are expected to unveil their 2026/27 away shirt against São Paulo at Neo Química Arena on Sunday at 18:30, in the 15th round of the Brasileiro. The derby will double as a test of their record in away-shirt debuts.

According to Meu Timao, the club have a 56.7% return in such debuts since 2016. Across the last 10, they recorded five wins, two draws and three defeats, scoring 15 and conceding six.

The 2016 model debuted late in 2015 with a 6-1 demolition of São Paulo on 22 November. The design remained through 2016 before a new release the following year.

In 2017 the debut brought a 3-0 win at Ponte Preta on 30 April, the first leg of the Paulista final. In 2018 they lost 1-2 at Internacional on 27 May after taking the lead.

The 2019 unveiling ended 0-0 with Grêmio on 11 May. In 2020 they were beaten 2-1 by São Paulo at Morumbi, Ramiro netting.

In 2021 Atlético-GO won 1-0 on 30 May. In 2022 Renato Augusto sealed a 1-0 victory at Red Bull Bragantino on 8 May.

In 2023 they beat Santos 2-0 at Vila Belmiro on 21 June, with Ruan Oliveira and Yuri Alberto scoring. In 2024 the debut finished 0-0 against Fortaleza on 4 May.

In 2025 they edged Racing of Uruguay 1-0 on 24 April, Romero scoring.
