Coutinho among Vasco players entering final contract year in 2026 | OneFootball

Vasco begin 2026 with much of their core tied to longer deals, though several players are entering the final year of their contracts. According to Globo.com, Léo Jardim is signed to 2030, Paulo Henrique and Lucas Piton to 2028, and Puma Rodríguez, Cauan Barros and Nuno Moreira to 2027.

The most pressing situations involve four loanees recruited in the last window, Carlos Cuesta, Robert Renan, Andrés Gómez and Matheus França, with uncertainty over whether they will finish 2026 at São Januário.

Cuesta’s case is the most urgent, his Galatasaray loan runs only until Monday, 5 January, and Vasco have an option to extend. Renan from Zenit, Gómez from Rennes and França from Crystal Palace are on deals to June.

Beyond that quartet, 10 players have contracts expiring in 2026, most in December. Coutinho is signed to 30 June. Daniel Fuzato, Tchê Tchê, Guilherme Estrella, Hugo Moura, Lucas Oliveira, Riquelme, Vegetti, Victor Luís and Pablo are all contracted to 31 December.

The club will need to address these cases during the season to determine their futures.
