Coventry City sign Loum Tchaouna from Burnley | OneFootball

Coventry City have completed the signing of Loum Tchaouna from Burnley on a five-year deal.

The French forward first joined the Clarets last summer from Lazio having initially began his football journey with Rennes.

The 22-year-old featured 32 times in total in first season in English football, chipping in with three goals and making a single assist.

Now, Tchaouna will stay in the Premier League after signing for newly-promoted Coventry City for a reported £20 million.

"I’m so excited to start this new season in the Premier League, I’m feeling good and ready for the challenge," Tchaouna said on his arrival.

"I was at Burnley last season in the Premier League, which was incredible.

"I’m going to bring my energy, determination and leadership to the team. I’ve played in Ligue 1, Serie A and now I’m playing in the Premier League, the best league in the world, so I have a lot of experience for my young age.

"I’m so excited to play at the Coventry Building Society Arena and I can’t wait for the new season."
