Toulouse will be without Cristian Casseres and Dayann Methalie for Sunday’s Ligue 1 trip to Metz, while Ilyas Azizi is expected to return. Kick-off is at 17:15.

According to L'Équipe, Casseres and Methalie have been left out as they are being managed.

Toulouse are winless in six in the league, with four defeats and two draws, yet that run does not fully reflect their form.

They have the league’s best ratio of touches in the opposition box this season, 4.8% (677 of 13,990).

They have also suffered only two defeats by more than one goal, the fewest in the division alongside PSG.

Head coach Carles Martinez Novell said the league position hurts and that the team have played better than the table shows. He added they must accept reality and that Sunday is the day to change the situation.
