Work on Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez’s seaside mansion in Cascais is complete, though it remains unclear if they will live there. The project has long been billed as a potential retirement base in Portugal.
Semana reports the residence is valued at about €25m, placing it among the country’s most expensive private homes, and is considered the biggest. The outlet also says Ronaldo is already seeking a buyer.
Construction began in 2020 and has taken close to six years, with keys now ready for handover. Set in an exclusive enclave around 200 metres from the Atlantic, it sits on a 12,000-square metre plot with 5,000 square metres of living space.
The property includes indoor and outdoor pools, a garage for up to 20 cars, a gym, spa, private cinema and expansive gardens with ocean views. Interiors are finished with high-end materials such as Italian marble, gold fittings and bespoke pieces including a Louis Vuitton mural.
V+ Fama claims the couple could even host their wedding there before selling. They announced their engagement in August 2025. For now, the showpiece home stands ready after years of work, with its ultimate use still to be decided.
