Cristiano Ronaldo will not have to repay 9.8 million euros to Juventus. According to L'Équipe, a Turin court on Monday upheld an April 2024 ruling.

The sum concerns salary arrears from the Covid-19 period.

Juventus had already paid the amount but sought to recover it, a bid the court rejected.

Ronaldo initially demanded 19.6 million euros after the 2019-2020 season was halted.

An arbitral panel later awarded him half, and Juventus may still review documents to assess whether a further appeal is possible.
