Cruzeiro will be without Lucas Romero and Fagner for the Copa Libertadores last 16 first leg against reigning champions Flamengo.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the pair are suspended after yellow card accumulation, leaving head coach Artur Jorge short for the Mineirão meeting.

They will be available for the second leg.

The opener is set for the week of 11 August at the Mineirão in Belo Horizonte. The decisive second leg follows in the week of 20 August at the Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro.

In the group stage, Flamengo finished as the best group winner, which means they play every second leg at home. Cruzeiro advanced as Group D runners-up with 11 points.
