Liverpool are interested in the Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi.
The 25-year-old defender is out of contract in 2026 and the FA Cup holders have not had any success in convincing him to sign a new deal.

The saga has led to speculation that Palace would be willing to SELL the England international this summer - with £40m suggested as a potential transfer fee.
Liverpool are facing significant disruption in the centre-back sector with Jarell Quansah having been sold to Bayer Leverkusen.
Despite signing Giovanni Leoni from Parma, Liverpool look a player light on senior options in central defence.
That’s why Guehi is such an attractive option; an established Premier League skipper and England international available for a fraction of his true worth.
It’s understandable that Palace would reluctant to sell Guehi even if a proper offer is made. That’s because they would find it hard to replace him in defence.
But now there could be movement in that area with the Guardian claiming that a Richard Hughes favourite is being lined up to replace Guehi.
That in turn could help unlock Liverpool’s deal for Guehi.
Lloyd Kelly, 26, is a Juventus player currently having joined from Newcastle on a permanent basis following a loan spell for around £17.5m.
But the former Bournemouth defender - who Liverpool have tried to sign on two previous occasions - looks set for a move back to the Premier League.
“The former Bournemouth and Newcastle defender Lloyd Kelly – now at Juventus – is an option to replace Guéhi should he depart,” the report reads.
