The Nigerian will return to Getafe

Crystal Palace will not keep Christantus Uche
Christantus Uche's loan spell at Crystal Palace will not automatically become a permanent transfer. The clause making the move compulsory depended on him starting ten Premier League matches—an objective the player will not reach.
Crystal Palace is still free to exercise their option to buy, but given the limited game time for the Nigerian, a permanent deal now seems highly unlikely. If the transfer does not go through, Uche will head back to Getafe.
For the Madrid club, this could present a financial challenge, as the loan move was initially used to balance the budget and register other players. However, Uche's return would give them another option in La Liga: a young striker, already experienced, who can make a difference for the team.
