Curtis strikes twice as Kilmarnock make it two league wins

Kilmarnock beat St Mirren 3-0 at the SMISA Stadium, making it back-to-back league wins and handing the hosts a fourth straight Premiership defeat.
The visitors led in the ninth minute when Miguel Freckleton diverted into his own net under pressure at the back post.
Maksymilian Stryjek kept the lead intact before the break, saving smartly from Mark O'Hara as St Mirren pressed for an equaliser.
After the interval, David Watson came on and Kilmarnock struck almost immediately, Findlay Curtis drilling in from Greg Kiltie's pass (46.). Curtis then made it safe with a low finish from a tight angle after Tom Lowery's assist (68.).
St Mirren's afternoon worsened with Conor McMenamin forced off injured early, Scott Tanser replacing him.
St Mirren had more of the ball but little punch, producing 12 attempts with only two on target and 59.2% possession. Kilmarnock were clinical, scoring from four efforts on target across 10 attempts.
Next, St Mirren visit Aberdeen. Kilmarnock host Dundee.
