Damien Comolli appointed Chief Executive Officer

Turin, 11 November 2025 – The Board of Directors of Juventus Football Club S.p.A. (“Juventus” or the “Company”), which met today under the chairmanship of Gianluca Ferrero, resolved, inter alia, on the appointment of corporate officers and the granting of powers to the Directors, as well as on the establishment of the Board committees and the appointment of their respective members.

The Board of Directors appointed Damien Comolli as Chief Executive Officer, with the simultaneous termination of his previous position as General Manager, granting him executive powers substantially in continuity with the previous structure.
