Dante in contention for Nice after two months out | OneFootball

Nice captain Dante is feeling better after knee problems, ahead of Thursday's Europa League tie against Go Ahead Eagles at 21:00.

According to L'Équipe, Claude Puel still counts around 15 absentees, covering long-term injuries to Ndayishimiye, Abdelmonem and Bombito, illness for Moffi and Boga, and unregistered players Wahi, Bernardeau and Z.Diallo.

Some have yet to return from the Africa Cup of Nations, notably Diouf and Mendy, while Bard and Diop have been affected recently.

Dante, absent since late November, is considered fit by staff, and an appearance in the squad for Thursday cannot be ruled out.

Several players have also been ill in recent days, including Kevin Carlos, Tiago Gouveia and Morgan Sanson, though they too could feature against the Dutch side.
