The pair were on the scoresheet for the Baggies against Preston North End.
After a turbulent week off the pitch, West Brom gave their supporters something to cheer about after their timely win over Preston North End.
Despite their encouraging run of form, news has swirled around The Hawthorns that the Baggies are likely to be sanctioned by the EFL for breaching PSR rules, meaning a points deduction would be enforced.
While that deduction is likely to be around the three-point mark, it could prove pivotal in the Black Country club's fight for survival, but yesterday they took a giant leap towards safety at Deepdale.
Goals from forwards Josh Maja and Daryl Dike led West Brom to a 2-0 win on away soil, and the latter could not contain his joy following the full-time whistle.

Life at The Hawthorns has not been easy for Dike this season.
The USA international began the campaign with a thigh issue, meaning that he was unable to make an impression on Ryan Mason until late October, when he managed just 13 minutes of football over three games.
Not until February was the 25-year-old able to benefit from any sort of run in the team, but finally, his efforts have been richly rewarded with his first goal of the season against Preston.
Naturally, the American took to Instagram to share his jubilation with an outpouring of emotion.
Alongside a series of images from the victory at Deepdale, he said, "Worked so hard for that. Couldn’t be happier," followed by grinning and fire emojis.
In the comments, Maja, who also got on the scoresheet, replied, "Yessirrrr," followed by cold and twinkling heart emojis.

Football is all about timing, and James Morrison could not be happier as both of his strikers got on the scoresheet when it mattered the most.
The Baggies' latest victory means that they are now five points clear of the relegation zone, and, even though there is still work to do, they are now well-placed to survive.
While their remaining fixtures are not easy, the Black Country side must surely be targeting wins over Watford and Sheffield Wednesday, while Ipswich Town have the potential to slip up on any given day.
For Dike, he now has the perfect opportunity to silence his doubters after an injury-ravaged time at The Hawthorns has yielded just 10 goals in 65 appearances.
As for Maja, he does not have the excuses as his teammate this term, but he has been prolific in the past and also has a point to prove, given that his contract also expires in the summer.
With the pair fully fit and with newfound confidence, they must now channel their talent and hunger to get their club over the line and give the supporters the goals they duly deserve.
Together, they are set to play a critical role at the defining end of the campaign, and, even if both leave The Hawthorns this summer, they can do so, leaving on a high.
