David Storch has issued a message ahead of the Championship clash between Sheffield Wednesday and West Bromwich Albion
David Storch has delivered a message to the sell-out crowd who are attending the Championship final day fixture between Sheffield Wednesday and West Bromwich Albion.
As reported by the Sheffield Star, Storch's Arise consortium have completed their Owls takeover, allowing the South Yorkshire outfit to exit administration.
The Hillsborough Stadium club were plunged into administration by former owner Dejphon Chansiri, who consistently failed to pay staff and player wages on time before being disqualified by the EFL.
As a result of Chansiri's reckless actions, Wednesday have been deducted 18 points this term, and were consequently relegated to League One in February.

The difficulties the Owls have faced this term have been epitomised by the fact that they have managed just one victory in 45 Championship attempts so far.
Henrik Pedersen's men successfully defeated Portsmouth 2-0 at Fratton Park in September, thanks to goals from Barry Bannan and George Brown.
A lot has happened since then, including Bannan's move to Millwall in the winter transfer window, which was a painful pill for the Wednesday faithful to swallow.
Meanwhile, the South Yorkshire outfit are yet to earn a home victory this season, and will be desperate to change that when they host West Brom on Saturday.
The Owls showed plenty of character when they earned consecutive draws against Leicester City, Coventry City, and Charlton Athletic earlier this month.
However, a three-point haul has eluded Pedersen's side since their aforementioned win at Fratton Park back in September.
Regardless of on-field matters, though, there will be a celebratory atmosphere at Hillsborough Stadium on Saturday afternoon, as a sell-out crowd welcomes a fresh ownership group and a brighter future.
Taking to X on Saturday morning, new Wednesday owner David Storch wrote: "Time to party! Up the Owls! See you all in a few hours. Can't wait."
Owls supporters are set to create a special atmosphere, as Saturday marks Honolulu Wednesday, when fans turn up to the stadium wearing Hawaiian fancy dress, bringing a party feel to S6.

Wednesday supporters will rightfully be in a celebratory mood on Saturday afternoon, as the Storch era gives them hope following the years of hardship under Chansiri and subsequent months in administration.
The season began in extremely difficult fashion for the Owls, as the summer transfer window witnessed the departure of former boss Danny Rohl and several key players like Josh Windass and Anthony Musaba.
Storch's ownership is set to provide the Hillsborough Stadium club with significantly more stability.
However, next season may not be plain sailing for Wednesday, who could be deducted 15 points before they even begin the League One season, as the Arise bid fell below the amount required to pay creditors 25p in the pound.
The main creditor is Chansiri, and the only way the Owls can wipe their 15-point penalty is by reaching an agreement with the Thai businessman
However, talks between the failed Wednesday owner and Storch's group have stalled, which doesn't bode well for next term.
