DAZN has launched a new high-profile advertising campaign ahead of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, featuring some of the biggest names in global football alongside legendary boxing announcer Michael Buffer and Italian TV presenter Diletta Leotta.

The cinematic advert, titled Undisputed, sees Buffer deliver his iconic ring announcement to kick off the countdown to the tournament, which begins on 14 June in the United States. Set to the classic Eric B. & Rakim track Don’t Sweat the Technique, the campaign is designed to drum up excitement as 32 of the world’s top clubs prepare to battle for the title of world champion.

Football stars Erling Haaland (Manchester City), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich), Luis Suárez (Inter Miami) and Edinson Cavani (Boca Juniors) all appear in the promo. The dramatic visuals show the players donning their club colours, entering the stadium and preparing for battle, culminating in a face-off between Kane and Haaland. Suárez appears with a mouthguard representing his hometown of Salto, Uruguay, while Cavani is billed as ‘El Matador’.

The campaign is part of DAZN’s build-up to its free-to-air coverage of the tournament, which will be streamed live on the platform across the globe.

The 2025 edition of the FIFA Club World Cup will run from 14 June to 13 July, hosted across 12 venues in 11 US cities. In its expanded format, the tournament will feature 32 teams, including Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester City, with a total of 63 matches available to watch for free on DAZN.
