DC United looking to sign Paul Pogba | OneFootball

Paul Pogba could return to football by signing for MLS outfit DC United according to reports.

Journalist Steven Goff of The Washington Post has reported that DC United have been in talks with Pogba over a potential move for 'months'. The team are also said to own his 'discovery' rights, a system in the league that prevents rival teams from talking to the same player.

The 32-year-old has been allowed to train since January following a doping ban and since March has been allowed to play professional football once again but has yet to decide on his future.

After leaving Manchester Untied at the end of the 2021/22 campaign, Pogba returned to Juventus but struggled with injuries early on before receiving his ban which meant that he played just 12 games in his return to the Turin club.
