Deportivo Madryn sign Uruguayan midfielder Facundo Ospitaleche as sixth 2026 addition | OneFootball

Club Deportivo Madryn said in a post that Uruguayan central midfielder Facundo Ospitaleche Hernández, 29, has joined as their sixth signing for the 2026 Primera Nacional season.

Born on 11 April 1996 in Montevideo, Ospitaleche came through Defensor Sporting. He represented Uruguay at South American and World youth tournaments.

He spent last season with Manta FC in Ecuador’s Serie A, making 30 competitive appearances and scoring two goals.

In Uruguay he has played for River Plate, Fénix, Racing and Rampla Juniors.

Abroad, he featured in Mexico with Venados, in Colombia with Águilas Doradas and Deportivo Pasto, and in Europe with Cavese in Italy.
