Even as Real Madrid remain as the only team in La Liga to have retained hundred percent winning record this season, the club are far from happy with the league, especially as far as the referees are concerned.

That is because Real Madrid’s most latest victory against Real Sociedad was once again overshadowed by refereeing mishaps, with defender Dean Huijsen notably getting sent off in the 33rd minute.

The decision left Madrid furious and Xabi Alonso visibly upset, with the Real Madrid manager even poking a finger on the referee’s intentions.

Real Madrid’s dossier for FIFA

In light of the incident, it was reported that Real Madrid will prepare a dossier against La Liga’s referees and send the report directly to FIFA.

Spanish news outlet COPE has revealed the key details of the dossier prepared by Real Madrid.

The report reveals that the document will feature comparative statistics between Real Madrid and Barcelona.

The club want to highlight expulsions, penalties awarded, fouls, and lost points where Los Blancos feel they have been clearly disadvantaged.

It will also compile analysis from both Spanish and international media questioning the credibility of officiating in La Liga, while contrasting it with refereeing standards in the Champions League.

The dossier will also include the names of referees that, in the club’s opinion, have harmed the club.

The report is not aimed at overturning Huijsen’s red card, though the club are also working on that front. Instead, its objective is to expose what the club see as a systemic problem, one that has persisted despite recent changes in leadership.

Real Madrid believe that nothing has improved, and rivals like Barcelona continue to benefit from favorable calls from La Liga’s referees.
