During the summer transfer window, there have been reports that Michael Olise (23) has a release clause in his Bayern Munich contract that would become active during the summer of 2026. This has attracted interest in the attacking midfielder’s services from around Europe, including Paris Saint-Germain, who view the former Crystal Palace winger as a “dream target”.

However, according to a report from Florian Plettenberg, there is no release clause in the France international’s contract at the Allianz Riviera. The Frenchman’s contract with the Bavarian outfit is set to expire in 2029.

Despite the interest in the 23-year-old’s services,  Bayern are relaxed about the future of Olise. Under the management of Vincent Kompany, the Bundesliga champions view the France international attacker as one of the future figureheads for the remainder of his current contract.
