According to L'Équipe, Donovan Léon is a major doubt for Auxerre’s trip to Lyon on Saturday at 15:00 after a blow to his left thigh in the 2-2 draw at Monaco.

The heavy knock came in the move that led to Folarin Balogun’s 59th-minute penalty, and Léon was replaced by Théo De Percin in the 72nd minute.

Léon has made 27 Ligue 1 appearances this season, conceding 34 goals.

Head coach Christophe Pelissier said on Thursday that the goalkeeper had not trained all week.

He added that Léon will be assessed on Friday, along with forward Lasso Coulibaly and defender Clément Akpa, who missed Monaco with fitness issues and remain doubtful.

Moroccan midfielder Oussama El-Azzouzi has resumed training but remains unavailable, as he has been since early February.
